Well we got upgraded to another room without extra charge as maid didn't do her job properly in other room we were suppose to have.... The manager was so helpful and immediately fixed this problem....he was very polite and friendly.... It's in a great location....close to trains shops fields..... It's an old hotel but it's quite nice.... The rooms had everything we needed.....the beds are extremely comfortable....bathroom was clean....

as usual meets all expectations.im fairly loyal as i always stay here if available.EXCELLENT LOCATION it is very close to the shops and railway station and sevral restuarants,plenty of off street parking,quiet hotel.recommended to all thse wishing tostay 1,2 or even more nights in goulburn

The room was well equipped to be able to heat up food, make toast and coffee. the bed was comfortable and it was near shops etc. There wasn't much to dislike about the motel!!! And it was a great price!
