I liked our family room that I shared with my parents and 2x children. There was plenty of space and the beds were great. The best part was the bathroom. I loved that the although the toilet and bath/shower was in the 1 room, it was great that the toilet was at the end of the bathroom next to a cubed shower and at the front was the sink. I'm a germofobia and hate toilets right next to a bath tub or especially a sink.

Well we got upgraded to another room without extra charge as maid didn't do her job properly in other room we were suppose to have.... The manager was so helpful and immediately fixed this problem....he was very polite and friendly.... It's in a great location....close to trains shops fields..... It's an old hotel but it's quite nice.... The rooms had everything we needed.....the beds are extremely comfortable....bathroom was clean....

Good sized room, comfortable bed, good location. Good shower with large rose and plentiful hot water but shower curtain too short.

Location & accessibility very good. No noise. Room was adequate for what we needed which was an uninterrupted, comfortable sleep. Bathroom facilities clean and functional.

Great to see the rooms are getting a freshen up. I always stay here when I stop overnight in Goulburn. Great position as it’s close to supermarkets and restaurants.

as usual meets all expectations.im fairly loyal as i always stay here if available.EXCELLENT LOCATION it is very close to the shops and railway station and sevral restuarants,plenty of off street parking,quiet hotel.recommended to all thse wishing tostay 1,2 or even more nights in goulburn
